TRADITIONAL SALSA -- Sixteen ingredients make up this chuncky and flavorful salsa. No disappointment here. Use it so many ways. Always great with your favorite corn chip. Try it with eggs, potatoes, hamburgers and hot dogs and tacos. Mix it 50/50 with mayonaise and you have a fantastic dip for shrimp and fish. Medium heat.
MANGO SALSA -- We took the traditional recipe, cut back on the onions and peppers and added the mangos. The mangos are chunky, not puree. Also good with chips. Try it over tuna, salmon and chicken. Good over cream cheese and eaten with crackers. Makes a great salad dressing. Mild heat.
BLACK BEAN and CORN SALSA -- Here we added corn, black beans, lime juice and chile powder to the traditional salsa. Yummy, yummy. Use it much like the traditional salsa. Very good mixed into meat loaf. Medium heat.
PEACH SALSA -- What could be more southern than peach salsa. Made with chuncks of peaches, no puree. Great with corn chips. Use it over pork and fish. Try it with cream cheese and crackers. Makes an excellent salad dressing . Mild heat. |
